A |     (ECNS) -- A Chinese woman surnamed Zhou recently expressed her gratitude to Wang Jin, a staff member at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport in Zhejiang Province, for helping her family rearrange their travel plans during an emergency.    "Faced with the loss of a loved one, we were overwhelmed with grief and did not know what to do. At such a difficult moment, Wang Jin gave us great comfort and support," Zhou wrote on her social media account. "His actions allowed us to truly appreciate the professionalism and compassion of the airport staff."        On the evening of Aug. 13, Zhou and her parents learned that a close relative had passed away. They needed to travel urgently to Xi'an in Shaanxi Province to make funeral arrangements.    However, overwhelmed by grief, Zhou's parents were unable to complete the mobile check-in process in time and missed the last flight of the day.    Wang helped the family rebook their tickets on the earliest flight the following morning, scheduled to depart shortly after 6 a.m. He then escorted them to a hotel near the airport for the night.    At 5 a.m. the next morning, Wang accompanied the family back to the terminal and stayed with them until they had passed through security.    (By Gong Weiwei)                                。    为切实增强街道工作人员的消防安全意识，提升火灾预防和应急处置能力，5月23日，蓝天救援队来到连山区锦郊街道，开展了一场内容丰富、具有较强实用性和针对性的消防安全知识讲座。         　　消防教官叶鹏结合当前实事新闻与真实事件视频，为大家敲响了消防安全警钟。视频中触目惊心的火灾场景，让在场工作人员深刻认识到火灾的危害和消防安全的重要性。随后，叶鹏为大家分析讲解了火灾的预防和处置方法。从日常生活中的用电、用气安全，到如何排查身边的火灾隐患，都进行了细致的阐述。         　　在灭火器材的使用讲解环节，教官现场演示了灭火器、消火栓等常见灭火器材的正确操作方法，并邀请工作人员上台进行实际操作。

B | 大家积极参与，亲身体验，在实践中掌握了灭火器材的使用技巧。         　　讲座还设置了实操演练环节。模拟火灾发生后，工作人员在救援队员的指导下，迅速反应，按照正确的逃生方法，快速找到逃生通道，有序转移至安全地带。通过这次演练，大家进一步熟悉了火灾应急处置流程，提高了自防自救能力。
